Look at the zestimate value range, the line just below the zestimate on the house entry.  This is zillow's way of showing the margin of error on the zestimate.  The larger the range, the greater the margin of error.  As Delia said,  local RE agents will be able to do a calculation of value much better than zillow.

Maybe the sign of a rebounding market in that area.  What are you basing these values on?  Zestmates?  If so, confirm the property value trend in that particular area by speaking with a few local real estate agents and finding common answers and data to get a more accurate picture.
