Mike --

Sorry not to respond to your question sooner... only just saw it here!  If you are asking about sales price history being removed, that is because Montana is a non-disclosure state.

While most information concerning property transactions is available for public access, some states (or counties within states) consider the sale value to be private and confidential information. However, they do provide property information and ownership transfers with loan amounts and / or mortgage transfer taxes.

The following states are non-disclosure states:
  • Alaska
  • Idaho
  • Indiana
  • Kansas
  • Louisiana
  • Maine
  • Mississippi
  • Missouri
  • Montana
  • New Mexico
  • North Dakota
  • Texas
  • Utah
  • Wyoming
  • Thanks for your question!
