Why when I put in 89029 laughlin, nv do I get BullHead city too? I don't want BHC.

The infrastructure is in place -- water, electricity and so on. All the RE activity is on the AZ side.

Laughlin was a rather late abomination, created solely for the casino interests.

Actually, because of lack of state income tax. living on the Nevada side would be better -- but not much is being done there.

Personally, Bullhead City and Lake Havasu would probably be a very nice place to retire to.

Actually I have been to Laughlin and people do actually live there.  But thanks anyway. But you are certainly right that lot's more people live in BHC, why is that?

Because no one lives in Laughlin.

They live in Bullhead City across the river and work in the casinos in Laughlin.

Why are you interested in property in a place you obviously have never been?
