Why whould Zillow change Zillow Estemate three year range

I have been monitoring this house for three years (here on Zillow) and was over 220,000- 230,000. for a year but your graph has now changed for the very same time frame. Is this a normal practice for Zillow?

No, it is not a normal practice on Zillow, Zillow rolls out the newer version of algorithm on 6-11-2011 to recalculate the home value in US and it effects on some properties and your is one of them.
