Fireplace status appears to be a bug in their program. Zillow employees can change it but the outside user like you and I can't. Therefore, on your home details page chose "report problem with home" and alert Zillow that the facts about the fireplace need to be changed.

I have the same issue. Fireplace block has always been unchecked..but shows that I have a fireplace.

Thanks much!

Why will Zillow not remove "fireplace" from the description? I have unchecked it numerous times.
