Why will photos not update when entered?

Both I as owner and my listing agent, Mike Contino of Ocean City Realty, have been unable to add photos to the listing using edit/update photos. The photos all appear as ready to be entered but when we hit the Save Changes key, although we are told each time that the update has been successful, the additional/replacement photos are not getting in. What is the problem? We are following the same procedure we have used before. It is not working now.

Has the listing been entered directly on Zillow or is it coming through a feed to Zillow?   If through a feed, the photos will need to be updated at the source.

Open the home details page and scroll to the very bottom.  Click on the blue listing website to see what shows in the source feeding to Zillow.    As the MLS doesn't go straight to Zillow as MLSs and Zillow don't syndicate, there may be an intermediate data feed that is the issue.  (His appear to go through listhub, but as he has so many listings I didn't walk through them all)

The broker says his MLS listing has 12 pictures but Zillow is showing only 4.

Why are his 12 pictures all not appearing?

Neither he nor I can add the some 20 plus pictures we would like to add to Zillow!
