As you are posting with the same posting name, it is clear your account wasn't disabled. I'm surprised that Zillow removed a photo, that is almost unheard of (offensive ones, copyright infringement etc I've seen removed). Perhaps you are using a different posting name because of inappropriate use by the other one?
Where are you running into problems? It doesn't appear that you've claimed a home, so if you've not claimed a home you won't be able to edit facts (such as the description) nor upload photos. Or, if your account was deleted then yes, they may have blocked access to claiming the home.
