Why won't Zillow change the listing on my home to "Not For Sale" as reuqested?

We have sent repeated requests to change the listing on our home to "not for sale" yet it does not get changed. Why? We checked with the listing agent and she said she could not get it changed. As the owners we want it changed. Why are you hholding us hostage to your business? We purchased this home in March 19, 2010. It is NOT FOR SALE. If the agent can't get Zillow to change it and apparently you don't care what we, the owners want, you need to check the Highlands County, FL real estate records and verify that it was sold on March 19, 2010 and then honor our repeated requests to remove the listing "FOR SALE". 2157 Lake Lotela Drive, Avon Park, FL 33825 gcline1@centurylink.net
