Why won't Zillow update my posting with the correct pictures?

I have tried everything, and so has my agent, to update pictures of my home on Zillow. I know it is supposed to be the broker feed but my broker and agent both say they have updated it. Zillow won't respond to my e-mail and now it's been a week with incorrect pictures. Does anyone have any advice? This is hurting the sale of my hosue becuase we've done a lot of remodeling but the old pictures are still up.

Yes, when you go to the feed on the agent's page, it is correct on their end. It's been over a week. The only change Zillow has picked up is when we dropped our price, but nothing since then and it's been over a week.

The first thing I'd do in your shoes is to Open the home details page, scroll to the very bottom and click on the listing website in blue.   This will be a quick check to confirm that the photos are actually in the agent's feed to Zillow.
