If you're the one who listed it for sale you should be able to click "edit status" next to the for sale price - that takes you to the screen where you can change it to sold - then you need to scroll to the bottom of that page and click "save."
If an agent had listed it for sale, then I think you may have to get them to update the status.
If you've tried all these things, go all the way to the footer all the way on the bottom of the page and click "HELP!"
