Both have a decent Track Record of Responding
Ask them "What the Heck!"

As far as things like "Reviews" hanging in Space because emails do not Match up..
That's because a Significant number of Agents CHEAT/GAME the System with FAKE REVIEWS & emails not matching up signals the need to Verify these are Actual Clients

Have your agent call their Zillow representative. That rep can give them an exact reason for the rejection. I have about 6 reviews sitting in space somewhere because the person reviewing did not use the same email address to which the request was sent. Silly system!

Is your review getting rejected when you hit submit (so you get an instant error message) or are you getting an E-mail a while later showing that the review has been moderated but the moderators rejected it?

Go in and clean out your browser.....try that. I flagged you...How nice of you to take the time to review your Realtor! You could also ask them to send you a review request. That might make it easier for you.
