Why would I want this Mobil Home?

Where do I start. Well first let me compare to buying house and renting. Formemost, it is cheaper than owning a home. Less upkeep, low maintenance, lower bills, and you are not tied to a 30 yr mortgage. Your monthly bills are pretty much the same every month, and it is great for people on a fixed incomes, who stick to a budget. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. You have a small yard in the back so you can be outside, and only have 1 mobil home to each side, no one directly behind. The commuting part , well, hands down you are centrally located with the bus stop right on Roosevelt Ave in front of the office. If you drive, you have easy access to all major roads from Carteret. Chances are if you are looking to rent - it will come out to be more per month than financing this home. You will never own the apartment you rent. If you are in an apartment , most likely you have people above you, below you or both. (not here) Maybe you dont have a yard, or cant BBQ ( you can here) . Parking is a hassle and you hear everyone's business. So come take a look a a differnet less stressful way to live. Dont be strapped with huge monthly mortgage payments. This is easy living in a really nice mobil home park.
