This posting"
5789 Clearwater Dr # 1 Mason, OH 45040 for $800.00 a month rent in a condo that sells for almost $300,000 is posted on their site. Well when you contact the people they say they are christains and just want the house cared for, well the catch is after you send them the security deposit and you find out they dont own the home!
They copied the pictures off a real estate listing for sale and posted the condo up for rent on Zillow!

Zillow, Police, FBI, can anyone stop this?

You can send an email to customer service here and they will remove the posting or you can flag the property using the yellow "edit" pencil under the main house photo. Zillow will remove it.

Here's Zillow's FAQ on internet scams.  (includes contact info)

All internet sites have a serious problem with scams on rentals.     Zillow is very aware that this is a big problem, and it became much bigger when they acquired postlets so rental listings can be posted at no charge.  They have an active initiative at the moment involving a number of employees to help decrease this.   Do you have some suggestions on how they can decrease it?   My suggestion was to make all ads paid again with no free listings - they didn't seem to like my suggestion!
