Sadly, the Zestimate is NOT 100% accurate. It may be interesting or fun but it is not the most accurate way to determine the value of a home as your situation shows.

Why would my Zestimate for the same house as one across street be different??
I have a house on here that is the same exact house as the one across the street, same floor plan, their lot is a tad bit larger but my home has many more upgrades and has a privacy fence & better landscaping yet that house's zestimate is much higher than mine?? Mine shows $94,000 & theirs shows $108,000??? I don't understand this at all. I went in & updated my info & added pics but it only went up to $94,000 yet same house, with same floor plan, across the street in same neighborhood shows alot higher. Please explain this to me. Thanks.
