A Zillow "Zestimate" is in no way shape or form accurate. You nor anyone else should rely on it for a solid basis of value for any purpose. There is no correcting it as it is based on an algorithm of comprised and incomplete data. You can claim your home and make changes if it helps you to sleep better at night but it is still never going to be a true determination of value.
Values themselves are subjective whether you are an agent, buyer, seller, lender, and/or an appraiser.

Valid answer?
It says right here that 12.7% of estimates in Washington County Oregon will be more than 20% different than present market value:
Zestimate Tolerance Range
And the estimates are highly dependent on the last purchased price adjusted for the date purchased, so, a "win" for you means a "lose" for your estimate.
There is nothing that can be done to change that except to sell it to get a new recently sold price.

I think from your question the reason your house value appears to be low is because the other homes in your neighborhood are dragging your 'on paper value' down. If a home in your community recently sold, and its value was under yours but looks basically the same, age wise, square footage, it will affect your Zillow 'estimate' What you need to look at is what a local Realtor or appraiser says its current value is. Zillow does not have the capability to go inside your home to see your upgrades, which is what we take (realtors) into account when we give you a comparative market analysis.
Also, go in to My Zillow, top right and claim your home and upgrade it, that will change the value Zillow gives it too. In the remarks section you can add more about the home. If you value your privacy, you may not want the world to read about the interior of your home .You can also add or remove pictures. Best of luck to you.

Why you are assessing my house so low?Can you please provide me a direct email address to clarify?
This was built in 1996, owned and well maintained by single owner and remodeled before sale. We purchased on Sept 30,2011.
It was a definite win for us and the neighboring houses with lot worse condition and lot size and view are priced very high as those houses were sold during 2006-2008 time frame. Please provide me a valid answer:
Thx.
