In this market, I don't how much money money you have, you can't get a loan without having stable income. I have a friend with over a million dollars in a trust account, and he was going to have to put down 200k on a 300k house. He just started his own business last year and his income for the year was next to nothing. Good luck!

Will I qualify for a home loan?
My home just sold, and my bank account is now at $300k. I've been unemployed for a year, and will be starting a new business in a new state. Can I get a loan for a home there, under these circumstances?
