Will a lender give me a loan at 10% down?

My wife and I want to buy a house for about $500K at a low interest rate. We have $50K for a down payment, 0 debt, excellent credit, 5+ Years each job history (with security), and we bring in about $115K a year. Will we be able to get a loan for 10% down (non-FHA)? We plan on buying and staying for many years and we don't want to buy a cheaper house.

Taking into account the information you have provided, you should have numerous options for your purchase. I work with a National Lender, and would be more than happy to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to contact me through my profile at anytime. Thank you and good luck.

Yes you can purchase a home with 10% down and in your case it will still be considered a Jumbo loan. Contact me & I'll be happy to help you.
