I currently reside in a home that was included in my bankruptcy. My lender stopped reporting to the credit beurus of course but now I want to buy a new home and my payment history will be requested from the existing lender directly since it's not on my credit report. Will payments I've made late be considered truely "late" if they were paid within 30 days? I know that I wouldn't have received a ding on my credit for these because I paid within 30 days but will I receive a ding on the mortgage payment history that my existing lender is providing to the new lender? Will the new lender say no go because I have some payments paid within 30 days? Thanks for the guidance!
