Does not look like it will be extended but depending on how real estate market does over next 6 months or so we might get a new tax credit

We certainly hope not!

But why don't you ask the elected Federal (house and senate) representatives in about September?

That should give them sufficient time to see if the lack of incentive was causing additional back log of foreclosures, or rapidly declining prices....
