Thank you, most of the listings on Zillow are actually by agent.. There are only very few listings listed by owner that are actually by owner. Ive called 20 by owner listings, and most of them were actually brokers. I feel bad for Zillow because it makes their site look bad...
It makes no sense to have a system check in place to ensure the house is listed by the actual owner if it is abused..

I am the owner, and listed it for sale, myself. I am not a broker. Since having listed my place on zillow, I have since hired a real estate agent to help us sell it.
I am new to zillow, so perhaps I need to change the listing from "for sale by owner" to "for sale with broker"? I'll have to look into this. Sorry for the confusion.

We had an open house on Sunday, 5/20. I'm not sure if there is going to be another open house this Sunday, since it is the holiday weekend.
