Will using Rhinoshield add value to home in the short term if you have to paint or put on siding?Rhinoshield is anternative to traditional painting and we plan on being in our home for just another year or so and either need to paint or put vinyl siding on. I've always heard you can't recoup the cost of vinyl siding in a sale price as an improvement. I figured if I am going to spend $5k on repairs and painting would I be able to recoup $2k in price if I spend $7k on siding instead (make it breakeven for the with paint cost) or recoup $5k for RhinoShield(assuming $10k for RS and again just to breakeven to the painting cost.
