I want to downsize & swap my hm for another, either in same city or another state. Can't find on zillow, the appropriate place to indicate my willingness. It'll be lost in the comment section. Want the most exposure.

We don't have a home swapping feature. You can leave a comment on your home, but it will only be seen by those who go to your house.
You could set a low Make Me Move price on your home and hope folks contact you, but you'd probably get some people who want to buy your house for the low price.

Maybe you could buy a Zillow showcase ad in your zip code. Then lots of folks in your area would see it. Here is some info on the zipcode-based ads you can buy.
