Thanks for your question "Baillie S".
I would highly recommend using a full time, professional Realtor. You can find one on ZIllow and even read past client reviews. If this does not work, I can refer an experienced Realtor in your area to you and why they are qualified.
Good luck, hope this helps.

Land is a commodity that that they don't make anymore of. You are right that you can find pre-owned homes for a lot less than what it would cost to build. If your land is in a desirable location, there would always be someone that would be interested in purchasing it. If you can hang onto it and still purchase another home, I would do that. But, keep in mind that everything has its price. If you would like to share more information with me I would gladly provide more feedback about your property. Let me know if I can help.
Contact me at the email address in my profile and I'll share some marketing tips to help you get maximum exposure and top dollar.

You need to get the plot plan and map from town hall that is the best way to list land. Taking a picture of some trees doesn't really explain why your land id unique. The realty fees are not a lot when the price is low so you should have a realtor list it.

Baillie, It is best to hire a Realtor who can put the sale ad on MLS and feed it into multiple websites from there. [edited by Zillow moderator to remove contact information. Please refer to Good Neighbor Policy]
