The railroad tracks must not be very close to this property because I couldn't find them for a few minutes. When I did find them I quickly lost them.
Buyers might use the tracks to negotiate the price down, but I cannot fathom the trains causing any real noise and disturbance.

Looking at the map of the area, you don't seem to be extremely close. Although some will still not want to be anywhere near a train track, most should find no noticeable downside at this property. I wouldn't expect noise to be a detrimental factor here. Properties also seem to be fairly consistant throughout, so I would expect comps around you to be fairly good compared to those three blocks closer to the tracks.

Depends on comps close to your house. Same house as yours five to ten blocks away might be worth more.

Would having a railway line in the vicinity lower the house price?
