At present I have a contract on the house and it is supposed to close Mon 19 Apr. However, if it falls through, yes we'll go down on the price. A contract has to be signed by 30 Apr in order for the buyer to receive $6500/$8000 rebate. The utilities average $111.00 per month with OG&E due to the insulation and sealing. It is a comfortable home but too much land for me to upkeep. Thanks, for asking.

Would u go down on the price of this house any?
