City of Norfolk shows my home, 5715 Carillo Ave., Norfolk, VA as having 2,988 sq. feet. Zillow has it at under 2,000. Where do you get your information and when will it be corrected?

It will not be corrected until you as the owner correct it on Zillow. You can claim your house with the yellow "Edit" pencil icon under the main house photo and then select "edit home facts" from the same menu.

Changes to your home page are immediate, but if they changes you make affect your Zestimate that can take up to 6-8 weeks to show up. Hope it helps.

It is quicker if you do it by yourself by open your home detail page, hover your mouse on the pencil edit menu, click on Claim your home if your hadn't claim it yet, then Edit home facts, it takes a few weeks to a few months for the update effects on your Zestimate.
