The Pheasant Hill area is popular with military families as it's very easy to get to WPAFB from southeastern Huber Heights. Retail, restaurants, and access to major interstates- it's all very easy, without the noise and conjestion of living in other parts of Dayton.

Well, you've come to the right place. We are military members and there are other miltary on the same road. Our immediate neighbors have become very good friends. We have two of Dayton's finest (Policemen) to our side and rear. To our front and caddy corner to us are a retired firefighter (avid fisher) and a carpenter (who did our countertop)! None of our neighbors have dogs that bark, it is a quiet and safe neighborhood. The avid fisher sometimes parks his boat in the street before he goes on his fishing tournaments (20 days out of the year and not during the winter). Closing by Feb 15 is achievable. I can work with a realtor, but that would only take money out of your pocket ($4000-5000 at least). I would rather give that savings over to you. We have a VA loan that we can transfer and I have a free realtor (Mom's friend) that will do the paperwork. Give us a call, it sounds like we have a lot in common.

Would you entertain working w/ a Realtor? What are the annual taxes? Thank you. Mark
