Would you say Monroe is a friendly town,do they welcome you to there town.

It is a small town but are there small minds also. What I mean by that are they hard to get to know,do they come over to say hello and if you need anything phone,or need info on were to eat best cable here ect. Do they bake a cake, bring you a covered dish.or do you even get a hello?
