Wow talk about overpriced.

What makes seller think they can buy at height of market in 2007 for 815k, and sell after historical drop in property values, and get a much higher price for it.  Wow, most people are lucky if they could get what they paid for house in 2007.   You know IH, probably should list around low to mid 800k.
