This house is NOT on 12415 93rd AVE. It is on 12415 93rd PLACE. I own the house on 93rd AVE and the listing agent has screwed up the information about MY house. She also has not fixed her error despite repeated requests.

Zillow has corrected most of the information on this house.   The house pictured and described is once again the one on 93rd Ave.   It still shows an incorrect last sale however.   The correct last sale price was $219,900 in August, 1998.

Just checked on the MLS. You are right, there's no home for sale on 12415 93rd AVE Ne. The one on PLACE is the one that's for sale.
