Wrong Aerial Map Location of property?

The Aerial locater puts my location between 97th and 98th St. But the property is actually on the corner of Roosevelt and 94th....Just a bug with software or is this based on City Data?
Question refers to 9222 Roosevelt Way NE APT 206, Seattle, WA 98115
