There are two ways of telling a home for sale on Zillow. First is posting a home for sale by the owner or the listing agent. The owner or the agent has access to the listing (uploading photos, editing home facts, editing home location, etc.). The second is reporting a home for sale. In this case, the user selected the "other" role and doesn't have access to the home information.
Zillow's Tell us it's for sale feature is all about reporting homes that one knows that are for sale in the market right now. However, it is totally different with posting these homes on the site.
Reporting these homes that are for sale is informing or updating the Zillow community but is never meant to claim other agent's listings.

Checking further, your listings had been reported for sale and you were able to successfully take over them.
I incorrectly claimed a listing and would like to correct my mistake. The listing is 8538 Calle De Buene Fe, El Cajon, CA 92021. I need to speak with a representative on how this listing was posted as it is a listing in our office but under another MLS #.

Rosa, This is an MLS issue. You need to file a complaint with the MLS. The fines are steep and the agent can loose their MLS membership.

I have 2 listings contracts signed by the sellers and another agent have them posted in Zillow like the listing agent, please remove this agent or tell me how I can do it, Zillow needs to enforce rules.
