I have the same issue. I posted 15822 S. 13th Way, Phoenix, AZ 85048. I am an owner/agent and it does not show my agent information at all. Additionally, it shows the wrong realty company (another branch). My profile is correct. I need to know how to fix the listing as well.

I too have the same problem and wish zillow would address this as I have two properties that show another agent's listing information.

I just looked up my profile and have several listings that are not mine that show me as listing agent. How do I get them off my profile.

Who or how can I report errors on Zillow. I have other peoples listings under my profile and want to get them off mine. It sets me up as the listing agent. Is there an email address to contact zillow?

As mentioned by Gracey, this is technical issue we are working on to be fixed. And we are sorry for any inconveniences, in the mean time you may remove the posting, all you have to do is to log-in to your account. Search for the properties, click on "Edit Status" just beside the "For Sale" price then follow the instructions to remove the posting. Let me know if you need further assistance or you may also post the address/es so we can remove it for you.

The options for removing the posting is to change the status to No longer listed. This is just plain wrong and exposes companies to possible lawsuits. Zillow is negligent in dealing with this serious issue. I have two listings that are expired, one more than 1 year old that now have shown up as active. This needs to be corrected immediately.

I have just received a message from Zillow that my sellers removed me as their agent and my listing was removed from Zillow. I am definitely still their agent and Zillow should not have removed my listing. What is going on? How do we correct Zillow's errors? This is not good business!

Your listing on Celtic is showing me as listing agent. Apparently zillow is working to correct this technical problem. I did not do this. I tried to correct it but to no avail. Now I see many other agents are experiencing this same problem.

As a work around for this bug, please try to remove the posting and then post it again for sale. This should allow the information of the correct listing agent be shown on the Posting.

I am the new listing agent for 206 Timber View Ct. Frederick, Md and It is still listed under old agent and for the wrong price. How do I get this to be fixed?

Hi Karen -
Here's how you can take over the listing from the previous agent:
1. Log in to your account on Zillow and type in the property address.
2. On the home details page, click on "Flag Listing" under the "For Sale By Agent" section.
3. Then click on "Dispute listing agent" and choose the reason for taking over the listing.
4. On the next page, you may enter the sale price, listing website and the MLS # of the property then hit "Create Your Listing".
