Wrong Comparables

The comparables currently (Jan. 8, 2008) showing in the right hand column for this home are totally not comparables as they are actually for a different zip code and a different neighborhood. I am sure that Zillow will be correcting the problem shortly. A recent article in the Sacramento Bee listed 95816 as one of the three neighborhoods in Sacramento where the values have risen in the last year.

It was nice speaking with you today. After our conversation, I think I spoke out of turn in my note above. I was unaware that your connected annex was a permitted addition to your home. Your current asking price of $539k is definitely in line with the market value of your property. Much luck to you in the successful sale of your home.

True, values have risen, but unfortunately your home is just overpriced. I toured your home on the agent tour when it was first listed a few months ago. Sorry, but your finished basement and finished outbuilting should not be included in your square footage. You should be priced under $500k. Sorry.
