If you pulled it up by address, then usually it is correct information for your house. The public data sort by address but the mapping function for some communities is a bit wonky. Of course, you can edit facts on your home if they don't look correct

Yes, the icon seemed to be located on the other side of the street; I 'claimed my house' and was able to move the icon to the correct location; but I'm concerned whether the information that comes up (i.e., the 'Zestimate') is actually for my house.

Are you referring to the icon for the properties? It looks like one of them has slipped across the street slightly.
