Wrong Recently Sold Price

I recently bought a home and the sold price that appears under the Zestimate is incorrect although the price listed under the sales history and tax info is correct. I am not sure what QC measures Zillow uses, but this inaccurate information does a disservice to your users. How do I get this corrected? Also the former owner/realtor has posted photos that I would like removed. I have claimed the house but don't seem to be able to remove them. Any suggestions?

I e-mailed you previously but have not received a reply. My address is 6874 W. AVENIDA DEL REY, PEORIA, AZ 85383. As of 8/29/07 the incorrect information described above is still listed. Also I would still like to receive information on how to remove the photos posted by the former owner/realtor.

Hi! We have removed the photos in your home that were uploaded by the previous owner.

Hi Melanie,

Thanks for the reply and removal of the photos, after 60 days with no response I had given up hope. The sale price shown with a sales date of 4/27/07 in the Charts and Data section is the correct amount. The price shown on the main page as recently sold and the header section of Charts and Data show the same incorrect price.

Zillow:

You have the incorrect sales history for 37 Elm Ave in Hull. 37A was sold for $160,000. not 37 Elm Ave. 37A Elm Ave has changed their address again to 51 Elm Ave. Please advise when this will be corrected whereas this is having an adverse affect of the correct sale price; or should I just remove the for sale listing.
