Hello. I can definitely understand your frustration. Shoot you first posted about this in 2008. It sounds like what you are describing is an address problem more than a home facts problem that you can edit yourself.
If so, Zillow will have to correct it in the database. I am not Zillow and I do not know your area, but there are a couple things you can do to try to get this fixed for good. First, make sure that the town or city recorder/assessor has the correct info in their system and that the addresses are correct. Zillow may have just gotten their wires crossed when they uploaded it back when, but if the assessor has it right, Zillow can verify and make the edit.
Second, I read your post from 2008 here. Is that still the problem that you have now or has some of it been fixed at this point? If you can explain the problem and what needs to be done, I am sure the Zillow can fix it. Ice here at Zillow is very helpful and if she sees your post with the specific problem as it sits in 2011, she will try to fix it. Zillow deals with a lot of houses, but it sounds like you have done everything you can. Hopefully, Zillow will jump in and lend a hand to get this fixed.

Wrong information, going on for YEARS after repeated requests to fix
Can someone from Zillow WITH THE AUTHORITY TO CHANGE HOME FACTS please contact me. I am the owner of a home and Zillow has the address wrong, and is associating facts from the wrong tax parcel (this address contains two tax parcels, a house parcel plus a secondary lot.) Because of the incorrect facts the Zestimate is way off base. I want to rent this property and would like to use the new Zillow rental feature, but will not do that until the facts are corrected.
This has been going on for YEARS and I've made repeated, different, attempts to get the information corrected. Zillow seems like it's on autopilot.
