You can change the listing prices yourself for any of your properties. This link to the house for sale FAQ here will tell you how. You also need to make sure the MLS feed for the house is correct or Zillow will revert to the old price when the new incorrect feed comes in. If the information on your listings is incorrect, you can update the home facts to include a nice write up and list all features that the home has. Zillow has a help video on how to do that here. Zillow will allow you to correct facts and change listing prices. I know if you are having issues that many of the smart agents will be able to help too.
