I found similar things on my listing. I discovered that the photo was fed in from an outside feed - the MLS listing.
So, I had to update my MLS with the correct photos and then I am still waiting for that to propagate through to Zillow. Might take several days I guess.
when you are in the "edit photos", check and see if it says "owner supplied" or "Listing partner provided image". If it is the latter, then you need to check your other listings photos as it is fed in from them. Hope that helps!

Thanks. However, it has been > 1 month since the photos on the listing website has changed and this photo was never updated. Perhaps it stays forever until your home is no longer for sale. I wonder if flagging th content would help.

I have found that putting a question in their "bugs" section does not do so much. I have questions that I put out there months ago and no one responded. It would be great if they had more technical support people working these issues.
I am in IT and I work with customers all the time. Zillow has been very popular, so it could be they have not caught up to the demand it has generated. So, in my case, I put my new photos in there, and when I speak to people I tell them to look at ALL the pictures, not jsut the first ones. Of course, when I look at other properties in there and I see there are several photos, I scan through them all. doesn't do much in the meantime.

Wrong photo for main picture
I have a home posted under address 2831 Windy Knoll Ln, westfield IN 46074. The main photo shown there is not the one I want to use. When I view the photos I have uploaded, the main photo I selected and is shown there is not the one that is shown when you search the address. Can you fix this?
