Yet another FSBOI just listed my place FSBO. I had a realtor the last round, and I was really disappointed in her lack of drive and ideas. So here I am, listing on websites and using Iggy's House to get it on the MLS. I've also been e-mailing local realtors with the listing information. I already have two realtors who want to preview it for clients. So that sounds better already than what my realtor tried. She held lots of open houses, but never contacted other realtors and didn't even keep up the free ads such as Craigslist. I also relocated out of the state where my property is, so it makes it harder. But I figure that I can keep contacting realtors. I am working with a mortgage broker to prescreen potential buyers who don't have a realtor and aren't preapproved. She'll get them preapproved. So between contacting realtors and listing everyplace I can think of, I hope to get a buyer. Oh, and listing it cheap to get it sold. My property is at 1414 260th St. #10, Harbor City, CA 90710, and I'd be curious what my fellow sellers (and buyers) think of my Zillow listing. I did a lot of work on my place. Now it has renters, but they're good tenants.
