Dorene,

Thank you for letting us know about the outdated posting.  I have removed the 13417 Weddington St rental property and have contacted the listing source provider, iHouseWeb, to remove the listing from their feed as well.  You should be receiving a call from iHouseWeb to confirm the updates.  If you have any other listing questions or concerns, please do not hestitate to contact me directly.  Have a wonderful day.

You need to get it off the listing feed from this source.

Are you asking if you can cancel a lease with a tenant?

If so, the answer would be:  You are only able to terminate a lease with a tenant if you as the homeowner are going to be moving into the property yourself.  However, with that you must provide ample notice and you will most likely have to pay a relocation fee to the tenant.

You can do it by clicking "edit" under the photo, click "report problems", and click "property not for rent". I just did that for you.
Zillow will investigate the property and make proper changes.
