Unfortunately it only takes one signature in Wisconsin to list a home, the party who signed the listing contract is also the one who has agreed to pay the commission, So if the other two owners to not want to participate in the Sale, they do not have to and the Broker is not able to sell it without all owners signatures, The two owners who are not willing to participate should consult with an attorney.
