Nobody decreased your property value. Property values go up and down in COMPARISON to other properties that are similar to your property in your area.

Try "claiming" your home. Then adjusting the Comparable Properties. This will usually give you a better idea of value. For a true valuation, you really need to speak to a Realtor who can conduct a Comparative Market Analysis and not just an automated Zestimate, which is what you're complaining about. This sytem's automated, and not very accurate.
