Cindy is right. The home description is a remnant of a previous listing. I took the liberty of removing the description. For reference, you can update the home description since you have already claimed the property. To do so,g o to the home details page and hover over "Edit" then click "Edit home description".

That wording is left over from a previous sale. If you are the new owner, you should "claim" the home and then edit the wording any way you chose.
