If your house is listed,you should contact your realtor and request copies of the MLS.Maybe there is an error in MLS.All my properties listed on Zillow are the exact copies from MLS.Best of luck

If you are working with a REALTOR...your REALTOR...can go in and update the information on your listing...if your REALTOR is a perferred agent with zillow...All of the information can be changed....and enhanced..if not then...Good Luck in all of your Quests

I agree with the Editing Home Facts statement. It does reflect a change in your Zestimate from time to time.

Two of you can fix it by open your home details page, hover the cursor on the pencil edit menu, click on the Claim your home if you hadn't claim it on Zillow yet, and finally click on the Edit home facts. The update may affect on your Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months.
