You show only $285K online. How do we correct ?

Recent refi and appraiser did full inspection and comparison with other nearby homes. My value is $340k and your estimate is off by $50+K. How does that get resolve in Zillow?

...where you can CREATE YOUR OWN ESTIMATE...and use some of the comps the appraiser did to increase your value, if that is important to you.

The estimate tool has not been available for a while. If you want, go into your home and in the remarks section put that you had it appraised, how much it came out to and what the date was.

Exactly how do I do that.  For now, it just asks about appliances or schools.  How do I pick/select those properties to improve the Zestimate calculations.   For now, there is no way to identify and include those as comparables.

They pull from public records. Your appraisal is only good for the day its done, reason being, the day after IF a house gets sold for less than yours, that goes to the appraisal, makes sense, right?
