Your very low Zestimate is damaging our prospect in selling. It is way off.  We did edit the listed profile, but your estimate remains in $600K.

When updating the house facts, the Zestimate adjustments tend to appear in the next few weeks after some refreshing of the system.  

Zestimate is not a value or an appraisal, but data from a computer generated model.  It does not take into account condition and upgrades.   Buyers should know these limitations.

Just looking at Comp's and information from an agent for selling price. Not sure you are looking at my house, if anything the Zestimate is very high.
