How is Zillow harming you? Do you have your property listed for sale? Most serious buyers are working with Realtors and the buyers go and look at several properties and if yours fits their criteria it will be compared against other "active" listings in the Realtor MLS system. Once there is a contract, most buyers are getting a mortgage. The lender will order an appraisal to determine value, they don't care what value Zillow gives for your house.
So... for the "looky loos" looking on Zillow and if you're selling FSBO then you may think Zillow's value affects your negotiating power. You may be overly concerned as genuine buyers are going to look at many similar properties and base their offer on how your house shows and how it is priced as compared with similar properties.

Your Zestimate of my property is totally off base (too low).
