Hi hoffster -
Zestimate is just a starting point to know the home's estimated market value. Since we don't check the properties personally, some factors that might affect the property's value is not included in the Zestimate.
Wetdawgs is right, you can update the home facts. The more accurate data that we have, the more accurate the Zestimate would be.
Thank you.

Hi James:
When there is a big discrepancy, the first thing to do is to look at the facts Zillow presents on the home to see if there may be an error or ten. So, I opened your property address and see that your house is reported as 4 square feet. The public records say 3693, but someone (agent or ??) has manually edited it and now it is 4. As a consequence, Zillow is calculating their Zestimate from the 4 square feet. (The $50,900/square foot is one clue!)
What can you do? Claim your home and correct the data. Once the data are corrected the Zestimate is likely to respond but it does take time. The time frame is a few weeks to a few months. The last one I monitored carefully was 8 weeks.
