Here is how Zillow gets to its numbers
http://www.zillow.com/wikipages/What-is-a-Zestimate/
Real estate is local, your houseboat is a unique property, have it professionally appraised or use a realtor who knows that area, I know a fantastic agent there, she was my realtor when I lived in that area, and has been in the business a long time, or you can look at the Professionals tab up top and search for someone. Best of luck to you on your sale.

Are all the property details correct? If so, then there is nothing you can do. If details are missing or incorrect, you can edit the property info, wait several days and the price should adjust higher.
Good luck!

You are hurting the sale of this home which is worth $800,000...
As a real estate professional, why would you say its worth $800K then list it $100K less ?
http://www.zillow.com/homedetails/14-Kappas-Marina-West-Pier-Sausalito-CA-94965/2122234422_zpid/
Obviously its an error - the property is a HOUSEBOAT not an SFR as listed in Zillow. . .

The fact that Zillow even publishes such an inaccurate zestimate when it has inadequate information demonstrates the failings of zestimates, and why regulation is needed to stop this nonsense. If their systems aren't smart enough to know they don't have sufficient information to even calculate a valuation then they just aren't smart. End of discussion.

Zillow is missing the listing details information as house size, lot size and year built, which are used in the property's Zestimate calculation. You may edit the listing details and the update may affect your listing's Zestimate in a few weeks to a few months, it is a few days sometime (?).
The bad news is that you can't, simply because Zillow refuse to listen to any appeals against inaccurate zestimates purely because they say it's not their policy to do so.
It is outrageous that a company can plant erroneous and unwanted valuations on peoples homes the way Zillow does purely for commercial reasons without any responsibility or accountability for the consequences, purely for the purpose of attracting advertising revenues. The fact that the homeowner is denied any right of appeal by Zillow is a travesty, and it's time our legislators caught up with the technology and introduced some form of Regulation over AVM sites like Zillow to stop this nonsense. No wonder home prices are in a race to the bottom when such irresponsible valuations are published using a flawed algorithm that has never been publicly tested and the source data that Zillow uses is riddled with errors. What fair minded society would approve this stuff?

Your estimate of the market value of this home is ridiculous
